Airlift Movie Motion Poster: Akshay Kumar has shared the motion poster of his upcoming flick Airlift.The Raja Menon-directed film revolves around the true story of the evacuation of Indians based in Kuwait during the Iraq-Kuwait war.And the motion poster tells you how Akshays character (Ranjit Katyal) plots the biggest evacuation plan and saves the lives of 1,70,000 refugees over a span of 59 days.

Akshay Kumar is updating his micro-blogging site about Airlift film, This Khiladi tweeted,

Akshay Kumar Tweeted: “Get ready 2 witnesses India’s most heroic mission. One month to Airlift! In theaters on Jan 22.” Even Trade analyst Taran Adarsh also posted the official motion poster of the movie Airlift.

Movie is based on the biggest evacuation of Indians based in Kuwait during the Iraq-Kuwait war. The poster also releases the film’s plot, of the difficult task of evacuating 1.70 lakh refugees, 488 flights, 59 days and one man. Akshay Kumar plays the main role of that one man. The movie is based on a real situation during the Iraq-Kuwait war of 1990 and will show India’s historical feat of shifting 1.70 lakh refugees from war-hit Kuwait. Airlift is all set to release on 22nd January 2016.
