Akshay Kumar as Naval officer in Rustom check the first poster
The Bollywood machoman Akshay Kumar’s upcoming movie Rustom is going to be launched soon. Rustom is written by Vipul K Rawal and directed by Tinu Suresh Desai who is set to make debut in Bollywood. South Indian dame Ileana D’cruz is playing the lead actress role alongside Akshay Kumar. Music director Ankit Tiwari has been employed for the movie and cinematography is by Santosh Thundiyil. Neeraj Pandey will be writing the dailuges for the film who will be assisted by Vipul K Rawal. Zee Music has got the music rights for Rustom in which Akshay Kumar as Naval officer in Rustom.
The film-makers had released the first poster of the movie Rustom on the social media website Twitter. The poster shows Akshay Kumar as a Naval Officer in a retro look. The film is expected to be released on August 2016.
48 year old Akshay Kumar’s previous movies have not been a hit at the box office. And now he has been into the sequels of the hit movies Housefull and Namastey London as Housefull 3 and Namastey England. He is also doing a Tamil movie 2.0 being directed by S. Shankar.
The Film Rustom it is based on real life incidents, mostly based on the Kawas Manekshaw Nanavati, a Naval officer, who killed his wife’s lover by firing three shots. The first poster of the movie caught everyone as it was shown that Akshay Kumar is in Naval grab while his eyes are hidden behind the cap. On his left there is a picture of Ileana D’Cruz hugged from behind by another man. This poster has already been shared around the social networks which also increases the interest of viewers in the film.
