Story Line of the Movie

Angry Indian Goddesses is a movie with eight women. One among the seven women Frieda (Sarah Jane Dias) will invite her college friends to her house located in Goa. The maid Lakshmi (Rajshri Deshpande) will take care of the Frieda friends along with the home. All these people will celebrate their friendship and womanhood there. It is the mixture of the various sequences of the life of all those eight women who seems fighting against the misogyny in their worlds. But, the movie is completely fun filled ride such as teasing the friends, complaining on one another and lots more that most of the women can recognize with.

Positives and Negatives of the Movie

It is a fun filled movie that entertains all the women audience and the opening credits goes for the brilliant starting of the movie celebrating the womanhood along with their friendship.

But what hurts as a women viewer watching the film is, is the fact that under the excuse of showing those women as the individual people, the makers have ended up the film portraying those women as roles burning to turn out the tables on men to get the benefits that all the men enjoying the in the present community set-up.
