The Road Transport Corporation (RTC) bus cleared the flooded Tambaram bypass road due to the best impression of the driver’s skill. The bus was cleared the way for Chennai from Tiruchirappalli. The words of Chennai Express Trichirapalli appear on the wind protect of the bus. The bus carrying the passengers inside and a top is shown drowning into water until the bottom of the windshield. A milestone reads Tambaram 5 km. People are seen celebrate in the video after the driver manages and brought the bus to a safer ground.

Flood Situation continues to be severe in Chennai

The floods situation continues to remain severe in Chennai and several parts of Tamil Nadu in which is called the worst rainfall in a century in this part of the country. The heavy rain falls have created destruction and nearly everyone in the area and the neighboring coastal regions have been affected in one way or the other. The seriousness of the situation can be determined from the fact that personnel from all three defense services have been pressed into relief and rescue work.

Bus has reached safely in the heavy floods

Chennai City was declared as a tragedy zone. According to sources, almost 35 lakes are flowing above the red mark and raising fears of more flooding. Home Minister Rajnath Singh stated that 269 people had died in the floods till now. Army Chief General Dalbir Singh, has reached Chennai to oversee the relief and rescue operations in the state. The 40 army teams, 6 navy teams along with 12 boats and several relief teams have been organized in Chennai to strengthen the rescue and relief operations over there. Air India is to operate more flights for the rescue operations.
