Corporation Bank Launch MUDRA Cards In India First Time

For the first time in india department of financial services, union ministry of finance launched the first MUDRA card under the Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana (PMMY). This launch was held ar head office of corporation bank on saturday. In this launch S R Bansal, chairman and managing director and Bibhas Kumar Srivastav, executive director was participated, and they given few MUDRA Cards to beneficiaries.

The card facilitates the withdrawal and use of the working capital finance by micro entrepreneurs. For the first time corporation bank is the only bank uses RuPay platform for MUSRA cards. PMMY target to fund the unfunded and formalize the informs under non-farm micro units in manufacturing trading services.
