Ex MP Anand Gajapathi Raju Passed Away
Andhra Pradesh Ex Educational Minister, MP Pusapati Annad Gajapathi Raju died at Saturday night. He was taking treatment in Manipal Hospital of Vizag in Saturday he was left away. Annad Gajapathiraju can participate two times as Minister in the Andhra Pradesh state. He was participated for the two times as MP. Anand Gajapathiraju is the chairman of MANSAS trust.

Presently he is Vice-Chairman of a trust The Maharaja Alak Narayana Society of Arts and Science (MANSAS) which is running twelve learning institutions in the region. He is the son of Maharaja Pusapati Vijayarama Gajapathi Raju, the final Maharaja of Vizianagram. His family is recognized for its philanthropy through its temples that comprise the famous Simhachalam temple and the Maharaja Narayandav Raju Society for Arts and Sciences which runs a number of teaching institutions. He was skilled at Scindia School Gwalior, Hyderabad Public School and V.S. Krishna College, Visakhapatnam. He is a previous President of Andhra Cricket Association. His efforts resulted in the organization of some centres for imparting training in some sports at lots of places including Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam and Vizianagaram.

Pusapati Ashok Gajapathi Raju was born 26 June 1951 is an Indian politician and the Union Minister for Civil Aviation in the Narendra Modi Government. An implant of Royal family of Vizayanagram princly state, he is the younger son of the last Maharaja of Vizianagram. He was an associate of Andhra Pradesh State legislature for over twenty five years and was a Minister in the Govt. of A.P., for thirteen years holding the collections of Commercial Tax, Excise, and Legislative affairs, Finance, Planning and Revenue. He win the Vizianagaram Vidhan Sabha district for the primary time as Janata Party contender in 1978.
