Fire accident at Mumbai High-Rise Building: Seven persons, including a woman, died and 28 others got Seriously injured in an majour accident took place on the 14th floor upscale Powai highrise during Saturday evening.
Firstly the fire broked out at 4.15pm exactly in the Lake Lucerne building of Lake Homes complex located at Powai. This society is been located at Hiranandani Gardens and Raheja Vihar. The Rate of land per square feet is about Rs 22,000 according to present market value.
According to the information from firemen, It is expected that, AC unit in one of the three flats that were damaged the flats. Fire burned through out the gas pipeline.

According to the Chief fire officer P S Rahangdale, residents of the flat used two lifts to reach the ground floor. Deputy Commissioner of police for ZONE X said that three of the bodies were stroked in the ground floors.
