Google acquires start-up company started by Indian- origin entrepreneur
Google has Business technology startup founded by an Indian-origin entrepreneur as part of its plans to scale training offerings for Google Apps to its customers and Customers users.
The founder and CEO Synergyse Company is Varun Malhotra who is an Indian. the Synergyse is Toronto-based. The company was launched in the year 2013 with the aim to teach the users how to use Google Apps.
The financial deals have not been disclosed by the Google.
Till date Synergyse have trained over 4 million people in 3,000 organizations, by this it becomes the most popular training service for Google Apps. The company also describes that by joining Google Apps team,they can work even more closer with the team which build Google apps, giving a boost launch to their mission.
Google says that by the end of this year, it will integrate Synergyse into their own products. Existing Customers can continue using the service perhaps new user or customer can download the chrome extension for free. “By providing the right help at the right time, Synergyse will help our customers with the critical task in change management of enterprise”.
Google has remarked that the companies that are using training program see on average of 35% higher adoption across Apps Products
Google is Computer software and web search engine Company that has been acquiring, more than one company per week since 2010. As of April 16th 2015 Google has acquired over 180 companies with its largest acquisition being the purchase of Motorola mobility. Google first acquisition was the Usenet Company Deja News and all those services become Google Groups. Till date Google has acquired or Merged with 189 Companies, Synergyse will be 190th company.
