An accident took place in jaipur, Actress and BJP MP Hema Malini’s Driver’s mistake killed a four year girl and five others including hema malini got injured.
Hema Malini’s Car was collided with another car.The rash driving of the hema’s driver killed a 4 years girl and others were injured.An FIR was filed against the driver Ramesh Chand’s negligence and has been detained for interrogation at Kotwali Thana.
Father of the girl(Who lost her life in the accident) Hanuman Mahajan is one among the injured also filed a case against the hema’s driver.The case was filed under various sections of IPC including 279(Rash driving) and 304 (A) (Causing death by negligence).Both the vehicles were seized to interrogate who was fault.Total 8 persons in both the cars includes Hema,her PA and the driver were in a car and two children,two women and Hanuman Mahajan were in the other car.The accident took place in the National Highway near Dausa in Rajasthan around 9PM Yesterday.
The injured were getting treatment in the hospital.Hema suffered a cut near an eyebrow,some problem in the nasal bone,injury on forehead and had body ache and also she went through CT scan and other tests as a matter of precaution,plastic surgeons were examining her face and wounds, Rajasthan Minister Rajpal Singh Shekhawat added to the reporters who visited her late night.
