Director Nalan Kumarasamy, who scored success with his debut film Soodhu Kavvum, has confirmed that his inevitable Tamil rom-com Kadhalum Kadandhu Pogum, featuring Vijay Sethupathi, is an official remake of Korean film My Dear Desperado.

The film, which is about the blooming relationship between the characters played by the lead performers, also stars Madonna Sebastian.
