The film, which is said to be a love-cum-family drama has tracks by Kaviraj, a lyricist who turns director with this film. Along with Suraj Gowda, Amulya and Ananth Nag, the film has Achyuth Kumar, Chitra Shenoy, Sangeetha, Shalini in the star cast. “We are hoping for a New Year release,” said Dinakar.
This movie revolves around two families, one of Krishne Gowda (Ananth Nag), a retired principal, and the other of Mr. Patil (Achyuth Kumar), a strict RTO officer. The story begins with the two friends Gowda and Patil getting back together in the same neighbourhood after a gap of around 15 years. Meanwhile love blossoms between Khushi (Amulya), Gowda’s daughter, and Sooraj (Suraj Gowda), Patil’s son. Though the families happily accept this alliance, a small issue between Gowda and Patil gets blown out of proportion and creates a rift between the families as well as the lovers.
Before the elders realize their mistake and try to correct it, a lot of things go wrong in the heat of the moment, making them irreversible later. A series of serious and hilarious attempts follow, to set everything right. You have to watch the movie to know whether or not the lovers reunite in the end.

After launching the film on Majaa Talkies, they have now decided to release the audio in Bigg Boss show. Amoolya and Suraj Gowda will also dance together in the show for the songs of Maduveya Mamatheya Kareyole. There will be performance by the music director V Harikrishna and veteran actor Ananth Nag will speak few words. The movie is likely to hit screens in January.
