The movie was successful at box office and going with good collections. In these 3 days the movie was recorded a huge collection of Rs 30 Cr world-wide. Trade analyst Trinadh has told about the collections, “Despite mixed reviews, the film managed to collect over Rs.30 crore in the first three days worldwide. It is expected to gross over Rs.50 crore in the opening weekend” .

The movie has crossed Rs 1 Million mark in the US. The movie was the amazing Sankranthi gift to the fans and audience. This movie was directed by creative director Sukumar and also Jagapathi Babu and Rajendra Prasad in main roles. In an interview, US film distributor has stated that,
“It has raked in over Rs.4 crore ($717,763) in just two days. It’s performing extremely well and is running to packed houses,” Sanjay of CineGalaxy Inc, the overseas distributor of the film.
Nannaku Prematho movie was collected its making charges while selling the distribution rights itself. The movie was made at a budget of Rs 50 Cr and it sold out for a sum of Rs 54 Cr. Also the film highly sold the satellite rights for Rs 16 Cr. On its first day the movie has collected Rs 14 Cr. Nannaku Prematho movie was stood as 3rd grosser in Tollywood after Bahubali and Srimanthudu movies.
