Telangana State Board have released an circular stating that SSC board should not accept any of the registrations of the students until the school submit the Aadhaar details of all the students. The school board has to submit the Aadhaar card details of the students who belong to class 1 to 10th.
Link of Aadhaar card numbers with the student’s record will help the government to verify how many students are on rolls and how many are going out every year. Link of Aadhaar card with SSC examination will definitely help the government to know the record of the students completely.
“Aadhaar card numbers collecting to link with student’s admission registration number for track of the child from class 1st to 10th and this is for effective implementation of Right to Education Act”, said official from Telangana Government School Education Department.
Implementation of Right to Education Act
Link of Aadhar card with the student record is for the effective implementation of Right to Education Act. The last date for students to pay the SSC examination fee is on 16th December 2016 and school officials must submit the list of students to the SSC Board by 24th December. So, now the Telangana State School Education Board department has stated to accept the registration of the students for the SSC exams after submitting the Aadhaar card details only.
Here by students have to submit their Aadhaar card details in their respected schools. The schools have to submit the Aadhaar details of the students who belong to class 1 to 10th. All the private school management is strongly conflicting to link Aadhaar with the SSC exams. Link of Aadhaar with the SSC exams is creating fear within the students who do not have Aadhaar card.
