The UPSC IAS Civil Services Admit cards are available in the official website. These are issued on 27 July and the last date is 23 Aug. The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is India’s central agency authorised to conduct the Civil Services Examination, Indian Forest Service examination, Engineering Services Examination, Combined Defence Services Examination, National Defence Academy Examination, Naval Academy Examination, Combined Medical Services Examination, Special Class Railway Apprentice, Indian Economic Service/Indian Statistical Service Examination, Combined Geoscientist and Geologist Examination, and Central Armed Police Forces(Assistant Commandant) Examination.
UPSC examination has very low success rate
The agency’s charter is granted by the Constitution of India. Articles 315 to 323 of Part XIV of the constitution, titled as Services Under the Union and the States, provide for a Public Service Commission for the Union and for each state. The examination is one of the toughest examinations in India with success rate of 0.1%-0.3%.
Extra time of 20 min for Physically challenged persons
The examination is going to conduct on 23 August. For that the government issued a notification about the rules and regulations. The candidate need not to carry his/her cellphone, calculator, blue tooth and other valuable things to the exam hall. The candidates who violates the rules are not eligible to write the exam. The time for the exam is 2:20, however, an extra 20 min will be credited to the physically challenged persons.

UPSC admit card can be downloaded through internet. Please follow the steps to download the admit card.
- Go to the official website upsconline.nic.in.
- Then provide the user id and password.
- Then click on download admit card.
- Save it in your computer.
- Take a print out to the examination hall.
