US Govt May Allow F1 Visa Students for 6 years to stay & Work After Feb 2016 :

A Good News to all the International Students at USA Regarding H-1B Visa. Which is enabling everyone to stay for 6 years at USA without any regard of H-1B. If this G.O comes on to the screen, International student’s can ease their path.
May Be the Rule will be implemented from 12 FEB 2016.
Present Scenario :
OPT Extension of 17 months may be removed which is raising some discrepancies in International students. But this might not be the scenarios.
Firstly the Students need to apply for a Job, and get succeed in the H-1B Lottery. Finally to win the Interview which is much Critical issue.
Even though, Company sponsors to the Students, This might not be considered due to Number of Applications.
What happens if the Student Fails in Getting H-1B H-1B, then the only option is to go back or start another educational course and then wait for the next 12 months to apply for the lottery.
US Court Ruling :
Basically Students can stay and work at USA for more 12/24 months after course completion. However, Washington Alliance of Technology Workers(WATW) filed a lawsuit against this decision.
Judge Ellen Huvelle of the District of Columbia August 12, which may allow the students to work for more than 6 years under F1 visa.
According to Department of Homeland Security (DHS), WATW got the success regarding the lawsuit. F1 students may have a chance to get 7 year stay at USA.
But U.S government has not yet released the decision regarding Lawsuit.
