Prithviraj Sukumaran Got the best actor award for his performance in “Ennu Ninte Moideen Movie,” Actress Parvathy bangs the best actress for “Ennu Ninte Moideen” and “Charlie.” The RS Vimal directorial was awarded in the best movie, best director, best supporting actress, best lyricist and best cinematographer categories.

25 Awards in various categories up for given in the 13th edition of the Vanitha Film Awards 2016. The official sponsor of the event while the ‘powered-by’ sponsor is Josco Jewellers. Federal Bank is the banking partner, Mahalakshmi Silks is the costume partner, and Brahmins Group is the Go-Green partner.The awards are given by the polls conducted among the readers of Vanitha Magazine, Malayala Manorama daily and public; thus providing an opportunity to the audience to select the most deserving actors who eligible for the awards. The awards will be distributed in the event, which will be held on February 21st, at Greenfield Stadium, Trivandrum. Popular actors, singers and technicians of Malayalam, Bollywood, and Tamil and movie industries will be present at the event.
